They Don't Count Anymore

Sultry cold day
Silences with intermittent sound
Like blissful times with peeking darkness around

Of  leaves falling off from trees and the wind
Of a girl happily playing on the swing
Little girl , she doesn't know
What life might have in store
Dreams in her eyes
And a lifetime for more

If you grab my hand and pull me back
I'll curl into your arms and go back to sleep
I love recklessly , it consumes me
But promises I keep

I don't wish you were mine
Just know that from the inside I shine
Facing opposite sides but
Our feet , like winding roads intertwine

As you trace the line of my ear
I have my eye on , to make things last

Trapped between two worlds 

Half-beast and the other half an archer 

Shoot your arrow and watch me shred down to tatter

With your thick mane and form colossal

Consider putting up a fight with someone your size

'Coz I will strike and from those ashes I will rise

Mastermind , you speak so many tongue 

But to talk to me you don't bother

Suffocate me in air and under the water

Like nothing ever happened 

I will resume my journey to find

A creature thats special and to me thats kind

A creature that sleeps on my chest

As i play with the hair-strand

Blow air into sweat-dots to vanish at my command

My small being with my bolt shut door 

Will fall for it at the speed of love

A Single Man

My raised shields,  they're part of my armor
But Inside , I'm still the same, A Single Man

He thinks of you , of me
Dreams of what is and what can be

He speaks to you in Inaudible Tongue
And feels, without the sense of touch

Calculates time for the next hug , that is not too soon
Your breath , from this close , will it settle on him soon

His eyes, they're doors to answers you may seek
Don't ask me , just know , thats where the walls are weak

Go with the wind , to unkissed land

He thought he could just follow your lead

But, If that easy it is and strangers we won't be
The sun will set at noon , into rivers will flow the sea

His journey , it starts but without his thoughts
They're still with you and they don't seem to move

He Promises he won't talk to strangers , on his way back
If only deep inside his armor ,
